Refund policy
1. Overview
Relixo™ is committed to delivering long‑term relief and measurable improvements through our therapeutic devices. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or replacement. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Relixo™ before the item can be shipped back.
2. 90‑Day At‑Home Trial
You may try your Relixo™ device for 90 days from the date of delivery. If you do not achieve visible or satisfactory results within this period, you may request a refund under the terms below.
Minimum Usage Requirement
Because results build gradually—similar to physical therapy—we require a minimum of 60 days of consistent use before a refund request can be submitted.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The device must include all original packaging, accessories, and components.
The return must be shipped to an authorized Relixo™ warehouse.
An RMA number must be issued by Relixo™ prior to shipping.
The device must not show signs of misuse, neglect, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Items returned without an RMA or sent to unauthorized facilities cannot be processed.
4. Fees, Deductions & Shipping Responsibilities
4.1 Service/Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% service/restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from the refund amount.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to Relixo’s error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Sales tax is not refundable.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping, customs, duties, and taxes.
If a package is refused at delivery, any return‑to‑sender fees will be deducted from the refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
PayPal refunds are only possible within 180 days of purchase.
6. Replacements
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the item and packaging.
Relixo™ will arrange a free replacement.
Replacements are prioritized to ensure uninterrupted use of your device.
7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 4 hours of placing it.
After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
7.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been created, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the item, you must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Digital products
Extended warranties
Accessories
Items missing parts
Items showing misuse, neglect, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects
Products returned to unauthorized or forwarding facilities
9. Chargebacks
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication invalidates eligibility for:

10. EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds exclude shipping, duties, and taxes.
11. Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness and protect product integrity, Relixo™ reserves the right to limit or deny returns due to:
Excessive or irregular return activity
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items
