To ensure the fastest delivery possible, orders may be fulfilled from one of our trusted fulfillment centers located in North America, Europe, or Asia depending on product availability and destination.

All products undergo quality inspection prior to shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during:

  • Unexpected inventory demand

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, Relixo™ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on your location and the fastest available delivery method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most U.S. orders are delivered without additional customs charges.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees may occasionally apply depending on local regulations.

These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you authorize Relixo™ and its logistics partners to facilitate customs clearance on your behalf when required.


Multiple Shipments

To speed up delivery and optimize fulfillment efficiency, your order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

There is no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

After an order has entered fulfillment, address changes may no longer be possible.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Incomplete address information
  • Failure to collect the package

The customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

Refunds issued for returned packages may exclude original shipping and return shipping costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

While Relixo™ works closely with our shipping partners to ensure successful delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Severe weather events
  • Incorrect customer-provided information

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist in locating your shipment.


Tracking Shows "No Information Available"

Tracking systems may require several business days to update after a package has been shipped.

If:

  • More than 5 business days have passed since shipment, and
  • No tracking updates are available

Please contact our support team for assistance.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with the subject line:

"Order Cancellation Request"

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
